To make a connection with anyone takes time and trust. We need to know someone is there for us, fighting our corner when support may be lacking elsewhere. YOU are the most important person to us. We will help you free yourself or manage being trapped in your own ruminating thoughts, emotions, and behaviour

Perhaps you recognise that as much as family and friends give you support, there is need to look beyond this for more impartial help. Whatever your difficulties talking to someone is a strength not a weakness.
At Gray’s Therapy I provide a non-judgemental safe space for you to explore negative thoughts, anxiety or behaviour that is stopping you from having a fulfilled life.
